The Engraced Ones Special Needs Parents Shine at Albyn Swim Academy’s Free Aerobics Session

In a beautiful act of care and community, Albyn Swim Academy partnered  The Engraced Ones Prayer Support and Advocacy Initiative to gift extraordinary special needs mums (and caregivers) a refreshing, free aerobics experience.

This uplifting session was thoughtfully created as a moment of respite — allowing these resilient women, who tirelessly champion their children’s journeys, to reduce stress, reconnect with their bodies, release built-up tension, and simply breathe deeply in a warm, supportive space surrounded by sisters who truly understand.

Together, we celebrated strength, self-care, and solidarity — reminding every mum that while they nurture others, they too deserve nurturing.
