Biboara holds a B.Sc in Finance and Banking, MPA in Public Administration, and MSc in Environmental Resource Management. She is currently pursuing a degree in registered nursing in the United States. She has several certifications in healthcare and associated services.

Biboara is an administrator, environmentalist, and educator. However, she places above all she does, her advocacy for children and youngsters with disability.

She is the Convener of The Engraced Ones Prayer Support and Advocacy Initiative (a support group in Nigeria and the United States of America for special needs). She is privileged to serve a Director, The School of Grace Learning, and Vocational Centre. She also directs Gracelane Miracle Inclusive School (both in Abuja, Nigeria).

She has advocated on the streets and in high places in Nigeria. She has also taken her advocacy to Capital Hill, Washington D.C.

Biboara’s an author, public speaker, and a great lover of children.

She lives both in Nigeria and, Ohio, United States of America.
